Since yesterday evening site of Idec league www.idec-arena.org looks a bit unusual. To be exact, instead of the main page, we see a very interesting message on a black background there.

"WTF why i am see this message?

First of all we want to salute IDEC players and to transmit them a warm welcome to what has to be,

END of this league.

Many don't know that IDEC is actually led by a group of persons that want to control everything.
Ngear is a person many don't know, don't bother who he is, we will inform you guys.
If you own a league and don't accept him there you gain following benefits:
1. Banned on rooms that you play, deleting games from garena TV, no legal rights to streamers.
2. Your games over GG TV the world media over garena is controled by him, if you stand in his
way you won't have the legal right to transmit games.
" 2 days , w/e days doesnt matter i deleted them cause they had random people"
Random is what you get 

Ngear will be demoted because he abused his powers and deleted 5 day streamed matches and some of our streamers. Those things will be restored in the next days."

Very interesting, given the fact that in the morning Ngear was immediately removed from the management of IDEC. This was done by Alan, who immediately explained why he, the manager of the strongest league, bent in front of the Romanians (http://idec-arena.org/forums/index.php?topic=849.0) 
In order not to spread the full Alan's post, with lots of unnecessary words, we will describe all said by the leader of TOP-league world in a nutshell:
- We are drawn into the case, but this is not our fault  
- Romanian players are very much offended and I understand them
- We will do what they want, we expels Ngeara, which was helping us for 3 month. 
- We do everything for the players, and don't want any problems. 

That is, Alan is clearly gave "back" and afraid that the League will be lost forever. Roughly speaking - he just scared like a little girl, and he makes what romanians want. 

Actually, after the Ngear's demotion situation wasn't changed, and the Romanians continue to seek "revenge." 
I managed to talk to the culprit celebrations, and find out, a lot of interesting details about the league, conflict, and many more:

escalate|ngEAr: Hi, my name is Dima "ngrear" Rosenberg. I live in Lisuania, in a small town Elgava. In IDEC I was a manager till yesterday evening, in Garena I'm streams' manager and tournaments' organizer in Europe and America.

You have said: "I was a manager", it means you have gone from IDEC, what were the reasons?
When I woke up, I had got a messages from Alan and GG.Mars. They had said that IDEC is broken. As Alan said it was my fault. But 2 weeks late in pm to UtherX was said "the sait idec-arena.org and dashnet.cz" have serious problems with engine. It can help to somebody to take the information from the site. All the managers had known about it but nobody did something. So, the situation was not surprised anybody, but Alan have said thats my fault.

You mean, that Alan said all problems bcoz of you?
Really, yes. He was afraid by romans. And tried to be a victim.

Well, the situation with romans are clear. But it is interesting to know why romans didn`t like you?
I demoted a streamer with a nick " kiddoQ ". Everybody knows him as an "ass-licking-man" because he has tried to get a vouch on idec. But that did not happen and he was offered. Really the main reason of a war was I have deleted some streams from GarenaTV where played mid-skill roman players. It is against the rules of streaming and I think it is not interesting to community. But before, there was a contact with RCPL that the games with mid-skill players will not be streamed.

Have you got any threats from kiddoQ or somebody from RCPL?
Yes. They are looking for my ip address and sending Trojans to me. I even don't want to mention about direct threats to my life :-)

RCPL already have got your kick from Idec management and now they want to remove you from garena streaming management. Have you talked with admins about that?
Of course. I had talked to Mars and provided him with evidence in the form of our contracts with RCPL, so that he as an adequate person and understands everything, there can't be any questions about kicking me from garena management. These guys can't intimidate Garena, such things take place only with the management of IDEC, who can change their decisions every day.

What are you talking about?
For example, let's take the situation with GameMaster. Before his appearance Idec Management decided to unvouch all mid-skill players from the league. All agreed, but then came GM. And Alan understood that if he will unvouch all players except Prado, it will be seemed like he is selling vouches. So he left all without any changes. All know that Prado players' skill are below the level of the league. So without "Sponsorship fees" they wouldn't play on Idec.

Well, with such policies league loses appeal, you agree with this?
It's not important. Alan believes that he has no competitors. For example, such his words about KAEL: "IDEC will never die from the hands of KAEL, all, that is made by russians, is slag, and will never succeed"

You mean, Alan believes that russians are "slag"?
Judging by the fact of his aggression, I think, he obviously feels something to them.
