вообщем если вкратце, то анонсировали новую лигу!! Лига платная 50$ с команды, призовой фонд составляет изначально 2000$ и +80% от собранных денег с команд (+40$ с команды)!!! http://www.thegl.eu/?league=32

DOTA BALLERS LEAGUE RULES VER 1.0

 

Competition method: 5 v 5

Game Version : 1.21

Venue: All games MUST be played on GGClient

Group stage : Best of 1 out of 1

Playoffs : Single Elimination bo3

Match Point:

Best of 3 in Regular season and season finale.

Match Winner:

The team who destroys the opponent's throne/world tree first, or if the opponent surrender.

Nationality Restriction:

None

Map Version: 6.48b or latest stable version. (all heroes can be used)

Game mode: Extend League Mode (pick hero first and type –ap in game)

Act mature and mannered both ingame and in the chat channels. Offending the administraton and/or participants of this tournament will result in punishments and might lead to a complete ban from the tournament and/or website.

 

 

 

Teams and Players

 

• A team must attend with minimum 5 players in the team roster.

• A player is bound to one team throughout the whole tournament period. Playing for other teams will result in severe punishment both to the player and the teams.

• If a player is found to be on several rosters, he has to inform an admin of which team he will play for before the tournament start. Failing to do so can result in a ban of the player from the tournament.

• When registering the player has to give his gg-client account and has to play with it.

 

 

 

Hero Drafting

 

For Extend League Mode:

 

 

Both teams will be allowed to take out up to 3 heroes from the pool of heroes before drafting starts. This will work based on a 1-1-1-1-1-1 format. Teams can choose to stop taking out heroes before the maximum 3 heroes limit and their turn to take out the heroes will be void.

Each team will have 30s to decide on removing 1 hero.

Team one will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero

Team two will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero

Team one will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero

Team two will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero

Team one will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero

Team two will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero

A maximum of (but may not up to) 6 heroes can be taken out before the drafting session happens. After the taking out draft finishes, teams will proceed to pick the heroes for the game.

 

Picking heroes: 122221

Team one will pick: 1 hero

Team two will pick: 2 heroes

Team one will pick: 2 heroes

Team two will pick: 2 heroes

Team one will pick: 2 heroes

Team two will pick: 1 hero

The team that starts off the drafting will have 30secs to decide on the 1st hero, after which next team also gets 30 secs to choose their 1st hero. As the picking is on 1-2-2-2-2-1 mode, team will have 30 second per hero pick. This process is repeated until all the heroes are selected.

Team that fail to draft one hero within 30secs will have their draft chance given to the other team.

 

If any team is found to have any hero which is selected differently from what was decided earlier, the referee has to be informed immediately. Team which made the mistake of selecting the wrong heroes after game starts will be penalized (Warning or Game Loss).

 

 

 

Before and After Game

 

• Teams should if possible try and find a neutral host suitable for both teams. Make sure that you test the host for lag before the game commences ( the admin will help the team captins to do that )

• One team gets to pick side and the other team gets to choose who has first pick. If the teams are not able chose who is on what side, you can ask an admin for a cointoss.

• If a host has been decided upon, the entire match will be finished with that host, unless both teams agree to change.

• If the teams cannot agree upon a host then the host will be decided by an admin.

• If a team is not available at the scheduled time you have to at least wait 20 minutes before requesting a default win.

• In the case of a missing player the opponent has to wait a minimum of 20 minutes to give the other team the chance to reach him. Afterwards they may chose to claim a forfeit win, or they can play the match 4on5 or 4on4. A team may never play a match with less than 4 players. Fairplay might overrule unfair decisions ( in case a far stronger team is being forced to forfeit instead of playing 4on5 by a far weaker team ).

• It is mandatory to save replays after each game by both teams! Failing in doing so will result in a warning and/or removal from the tournament. If the game is loaded, screenshot the final score as reference.

 

 

Items Restriction

 

 

• Each team may only have two Mekansm

• Each team may only have two Necronomicon

• Each team may only have one Refresher Orb

• Each team may only have one Arcane Ring

• Each team may only have in total either

two Eul's Scepter of Divinity OR

two Guinsoo's Scythe of Vyse OR

one Eul's Scepter of Divinity and one Guinsoo's Scythe of Vyse

 

Game Play

 

 

• Creep skipping is not allowed, meaning you may not attack the enemies building without creep support. If you reached the building with creeps you are though allowed to continue attacking it even if the creeps are killed.

If you reached the opponents base together with allied creeps, you may attack all buildings, and you do not have to cancel your attack if your creeps have been killed.

 

 

• It is not allowed to buy items for other players on your team with exception of the following items which may not be sold if transferred:

 

* Clarity Potion

* Tango of Essifation

* Observer Wards

* Sentry Wards

* Scroll of Town Portal

* Flask of Sapphire Water

* Gem of Truesight

* Aegis

* Cheese

 

 

Sharing of Items

 

 

• The following items may be shared, but must be returned to its owner in timely manner:

 

* Ring of Health

* Ring of Regeneration

* Void Stone

* Sobi Mask

* Perservence

* Chickens

* Bottle

 

• It is allowed to share unit control to purchase items, as long as the item is delivered immediately to the player who paid for it

• Items which are dropped from a kill or chicken may be picked up by:

* any enemy player, and the item is now considered his. The enemy hero who picked the dropped item is not allowed to give the item to his allies, he can use it during the game or he can sell it for gold

* any ally player, who MUST RETURN THE ITEM TO ITS OWNER WITHOUT ATTACKING/USING IT (not even neutral creeps), or he can place the item near the fountain so the owner can take it!!

• It is not allowed to purposefully suicide to drop an item for another player

• It is not allowed to block creeps with the help of spells, such as fissure, sprout etc. it is only allowed to use the hero model to intercept with creeps

 

Abuses & Exploitation

 

 

1. Trees Trapping (Disqualification):

Trapping enemies in trees intentionally is not allowed.

2. Pooling (Warning or Game Loss):

No pooling of any sort is allowed. This means that items bought with a player's own money cannot at any time be carried by any of his teammates. Items bought with the player's own money can only be carried or sold by him. This rule only applies to players on the same team. Players can pick up items dropped by their opponents.

3. Pause Abuse (Warning or Game Loss):

During hero selection. From the point after hero selection process is completed, pausing without any valid reason is disallowed.

4. Creep Blocking (Warning or Game Loss):

Creep blocking is not allowed but creep slowing is allowed. Blocking here refers to the prolonged blocking of creeps to disrupt their usual path. (ie: Using Chen's creeps to block the entire entrance of the base for a long time.) Creep slowing means that you can stop the creeps from moving in their usual path for a few seconds. (ie: Using fissure)

5. Bugs Exploitation (Warning , Game Loss or Disqualification):

No Exploitation of any known old or new bug discovered during play. Explanations like "exploiting/activating the bug unknowingly", "we had no idea this bug existed" or similar excuses will not be entertained. Participants/Teams are expected to know what these are.

Examples of Bugs:

Earthshaker using Fissure to target out of the edge of the map results in a fatal error in some instances. Any players found doing this will be disqualified.

Black King Bar cannot be shifted or dropped. Any players found doing this will be disqualified.

6. No control sharing (Warning , Game Loss or Disqualification):

Strictly no control sharing. Only when there is one more or team mates disconnects, then you can share the control of that player(s)' hero. However, you cannot take, pass or sell that hero's item(s).

 

 

Penalties

 

 

Warning : If three warnings are accumulated then the team will lose 1 Point from the tournament upon receiving the third warning. If 5 warnings are accumulated then the team will be ejected from the tournament.

Game Loss: Game loss given to a team mean the team loses the current game no matter what is the result of that game. A win would be awarded to opponent instead.

Disqualifications: A team disqualified will be ejected from the tournament. They will not be able to continue further in the current event.

 

If a team receives 3 warnings, the team will be discqualified.

Save Game and Disconnection

 

 

Any team members who intentionally drop out of the game might cause that member's team to be given a game loss for that game. Appeal can be made but decision by the referee will be final.

If any players are disconnected within 10 minutes after game starts then the game has to restart.

When 1st blood happens, the game will be saved once for a back up save game. If 1st blood happens but game is not saved, in the regame the 1st blood must be given back. (ie the killed hero need to go up and die to the hero who gets 1st blood in the initial game). After the 1st blood every 15 minutes interval, the game will be saved for a back up save game, or saved after a major clash. Head Marshal/ Marshals will have the right to ask players to save game during any period of the game.

Any game disc/crash after 90 minutes will not be continued anymore and a decision will be made by the marshal of that match based on the replay of that match.

In the times of a game disc, crash/fatal error, the referee's decision will be final. If the participant has any problems regarding the decision made by the referee, he/she can file a report to the organizers and it will be reviewed by the staff and referees.

 

When some players disc, it is Admin's decision to continue the game or load the saved game. If both team agree to load saved game, then game will be loaded.

 

If one team has more than 3 disc and reload within 1 game, the opponent can refuse to load for the 4th disc if it happens.

А правила довольно грамотно расписаны, не тупой копи-паст прайда какой-нить. Тока про расшаривание контроля там тупо - по правилам выходит, что куру нельзя расшарить  :Oo:

50 долларов это слишком дофига для лиги, которая только анонсирована.
