ESL EMS DOTA Russian qualifies

Russia has 4 slots for the ESL Major Series DOTA in order to fight against the best Europeans teams and even worldwide teams because there are asian and north-american qualifiers too. For this new season, the qualifiers system and the groupstage have changed. Now it's an ESL Masters like for the qualifiers and a groupstage of 4*6 teams.

 

There are 48 available slots for the national qualifiers : 24 in Qualifying Round 1, 12 in Qualifying Round 2 and 12 in Groupstage. The slors for Russia DOTA Qualifier are 2 for groupstage, 1 for Qualifiyng Round 2 and 1 for Qualifying Round. How having one of the four russian spots:

The exploitation of bugs will not be tolerated. If a player is found abusing a bug, his team will lost the match.

Creep skipping is not allowed. In that we understand the following: 1. You can not attack enemies building without creep support. 2. When you enter the enemies base with friendly creeps, all building are vulnerable. 3. When you want to attack a building, walking in front of your creeps, if enemy creeps are near you, skipping enemy creeps to attack a building is not allowed.

A team can only have two Mekansm.

A team can only have two Necronomicon.

A team can only have one Arcane Ring.

A team can only have two Eul's Scepter of Divinity or two Guinsoo's Scythe of Vyse or one Eul's Scepter of Divinity and one Guinsoo's Scythe of Vyse

Blocking creeps with your hero is allowed, blocking them by use of spells such as Fissure and Sprout is not allowed.

The games will be played with GGClient (ESL DOTA Tournament Room in WAR3RPG -> Leagues & Tournaments). Please have your "GGC(WC3)" gameaccount uptodate on your ESL Account.
