what does this do?

This file is an .exe file you can run and play Warcraft with it. All it currently does is replacing a bunch of models and other files, so that the Tomb of Jarahcon map (which you should play with it^^) looks better.

The main aim is to bring users a better visual gaming experience, without having the trouble to load several MB of mapsize everytime i update the map

so -> the map size stays low and you can decide, wheter you want to have new models or not
