About Kiev Qualifiers:

I just want to say sorry to all the fans that we didn't qualify, you can believe us there is no one more disappointed than ourselves. As for any drama surrounding SK, their is genuinely no discontent among the team - we are all equally sad right now. One thing that everyone has to realize (and we ourselves knew coming into this qualifier) that the European Scene is heavily competitive right now, far more competitive than any other region especially in the last 2 months with newly formed teams. This is hugely beneficial to us as a team and for the European Scene, especially heading into Season 2 - Where the competition from all regions is going to be very tough.

I would like to congratulate the teams that made it to Kiev qualifiers - mTw AL, aAa & Empire - They played fantastically today and fully deserve there place in Kiev and I hope they do a great job representing Europe.

Empire Game:

Entirely our fault for not banning Karthus, it's one thing we did consistently all day and failed to do on perhaps the most important game of the day :( It kind of snow balled pretty hard once Karthus got some kills and AP Lanephite was a very strong counter to our team. No one should under estimate these guys, there counter picks were perfect and even their strange team comp bot was totally valid, well played to them.

Future:

SK will continue to practice frequently as we have been doing, we have a lot of good teams to practice against which I'm very happy about as this will help improve our game play and team work. Season 2 will bring us a lot of events next year and we hope to be able to represent our fans their as well as at the IEM Grand Finals in Hannover. I and the team would like to thank the fans for their continuing support!
