НаркомаН #1 Опубликовано: 17 июня 2009 впоряде новость: Azen will be made the new admin of IDEC, server will be moved to a stable host, non-existing admins will all be removed, no more entry to anyone into the management level. Ladder will reset, versions update, and some slight changes will be made along the way. The management will only consists of Azen and utherx in managing the channel, no one else will gain access, some revouches when ladder resets, clearing of mass inactive and vouchees of non-existing admins including myself. New version of BOT will be updated only when Fuco have time for it, while IDEC will remain using the current bot. There won't be plans, bragging stories or expectations for IDEC at this time, it will functioned solely as a home base for the DotA Elites. The channel should also operate as a fun-playing ground for the dota elites, i will not entertain any dramas or problems within it. Zextar and i will remain the owner and founder of IDEC, but we won't be around to see progress with it anymore.
