Ranked All Pick initial planning phase reduced from 40 to 30 seconds

 

First rune spawns are now both Bounty Runes that are twice as effective (50/50 gold/xp to 100/100)

All Illusions now deal 25% less damage to structures

 

Melee and Ranged Barracks bounty reduced from 352-370 to 100-150

Melee and Ranged Barracks now give 125 and 75 gold to each player, respectively

 

Ward location to the right of Roshan is now pathable

Gameplay

 

When spectating a game with a team's Fog of War selected, you now only see what they can see in-world and on the minimap. This applies to player perspective as well

Improved server stability under UDP packet flood attack by moving packet processing off of the game thread and onto worker threads.

Added a sound effect that plays when Sange and Sange & Yasha's maim procs on an attack

 

Alt-Click

 

Alt-Clicking now works on Passive and Unlearned abilities

You can now Alt-Click your own, and your enemies', health and mana bars to announce the current health and mana

If you Alt-Click an item or ability but do not have enough mana, the amount of mana needed will be shared

You can now Alt-Click buffs and debuffs on your hero to announce them to your team

Alt-Clicking now works for items without activation (such as Aegis of the Immortal)

Alt-Clicked abilities that are ready now also include the level of the ability

Alt-Clicking on a dead enemy's icon in the top bar will announce that they are dead, and when they will respawn

Alt-Clicking your respawn timer announces your respawn time to your team

Alt-Clicking on the Glyph button will announce its status, and Ctrl-Alt-Clicking the button will suggest not using the Glyph yet

Alt-Clicking an enemy's bottle now shows what rune is inside of it

 

Bug Fixes

 

Fixes for several effects being erroneously visible through the Fog of War

Fixed a case where users had very large control group settings files, which was causing long delays after selecting their hero (some users in this situation have had their control groups reset)

Fixed not being able to taunt sometimes after using a prediction charm

October 30, 2014 - No more commons

 

 

The current item drop system doesn't function well as a reward mechanism. It drops many items on players who aren't interested in them (the items are extremely common, or they're for a hero the player doesn't play), and in the process dilutes the value of the items. We'd like to get to a place where dramatically fewer uninteresting items enter the economy. We don't have a complete solution yet, so we're going to move forward step by step, taking feedback from you as we go.

 

- Item drops are now entirely time based instead of level based.

Drop list now includes full sets, treasures, bundles and Arcanas at a rare rate instead of frequently dropping common items

- Battle boosters have been removed from the game entirely (we actually removed them from the store in September).

Players with an active battle booster will receive a free Treasure of the Rotted Gallows.

Players who had an unused purchased battle booster in their armory will receive a free Treasure Redemption Token.

 

- A new treasure, the "Treasure of the Rotted Gallows" has been added to the game.

Treasure Redemption Tokens and other items that can be redeemed for treasures can select this new treasure.

International 2013 Treasure Keys may now be redeemed for treasures.

The items in this treasure can be traded/marketed in 3 months (February 1, 2015).

The rare rewards from this treasure are not subject to the trade or marketing restriction.

* Added two new matchmaking regions in South America (Chile and Peru)

* Removed Captains Draft mode from ranked matchmaking. There were too few players in this mode which caused excessive wait times, imbalanced matches, and potential for MMR abuse.

 

The Singapore matchmaking region will be undergoing some changes next week. There will be a maintenance period from the 13th until the 16th Singapore time. On the 14th the region will be entirely unavailable, and during the other times it will be operating under limited capacity (fewer servers available for usage). We will be rebuilding the clusters on new server hardware and retiring the old server hardware. On the network side, we will be improving the router architecture, as it is currently too susceptible to packet loss under high load.

Picking starts after a 35 second strategy period.

Teams alternate picking. Whenever it is a team's turn to pick, anyone on that team can pick for themselves.

Teams have up to 30 seconds to pick a hero. If the timer expires, each player that hasn't selected a hero will lose 2 gold per second. The selection will stay on this team until a hero is picked.

Once a selection is made, it immediately switches to the other team to pick.

 

Additional Notes:

Initial starting team is random, but known at the start of the strategy period.

If a team has not picked and continued losing gold for more than 30 seconds, a player that hasn’t picked will be assigned a random hero and the turn will resume to the other team.

DAMAGE TYPE CHANGES

 

 

A few abilities and damage type mechanics have been reworked. There are now three primary damage types and a Spell Immunity Piercing status with each. Each ability now carries a notation in the tooltip indicating these.

 

The three damage types are Physical, Magical and Pure.

 

Physical is affected by Physical Armor, Magical is affected by Magical Damage Resistance and Pure is affected by neither.

 

Magic Immunity has now been renamed to Spell Immunity. Spell Immunity only defines if Spells interact with it, not how damage itself is handled. This means that on its own Spell Immunity status does not reduce any damage.

 

Black King Bar, Repel, Rage and all other previous forms of "Magic Immunity" now grant Spell Immunity status and a 100% Magic Resistance bonus.

 

In the vast majority of cases, the interactions are still the same, however an example of a case that would be different is if an ability has both Spell Immunity exception and has Pure damage type. Previously the damage would not have any impact, however now it does.

 

Ability Tooltips now have these fields:

 

-Damage Type: Physical/Magical/Pure

-Pierces Spell Immunity: Yes/No

 

If the Damage Type is not Magical it will be colored differently to make it easier to notice. The same is true in cases where Pierces Spell Immunity is Yes.

 

There have been a few abilities rebalanced with these mechanics in mind. In some cases the intent is to maintain similar balance, in other cases as an adjustment to their balance.

Fatal Bonds now shares the same damage type that is dealt into it, before it is reduced

Fatal Bonds damage percentage from 20% to 25%

Flaming Fists damage type from Magical that pierces Spell Immunity to Magical (No longer pierces Spell Immunity)

Last Will damage type from Pure to Magical (Still does not pierce Spell Immunity)

Last Will damage increased from 400/500/600 to 550/675/800

 

Urn of Shadows

Changed from HP Removal to Pure

 

 

Additional Notes:

 

1) Composite Damage: This damage type has been removed. There are no longer any abilities which use Composite Damage.

2) HP Removal: This is no longer considered a Damage Type, and its remaining uses are as an alternative cost to Mana for spells to use (Sunray, Burning Spears) or as functional HP modifications (Armlet, Sunder, etc). These are now considered usage costs in the game and are never lethal.

а как глифы на кробу повлияют? Если по итогу ее имба в том что она героев сьедает за секунды да и бонус глиф только для т1, на хг все так же будет изи пушиться
